Tuesday,
November 5th, saw the Annual Village Bonfire & Fireworks on the
Recreation Ground in Lower Froyle

The
weather was not very good, with a moderate drizzle welcoming early arrivals.

|
It dried up a little bit and quite a good crowd of villagers gathered to watch the lighting of the bonfire and to enjoy mulled wine and barbequed hot dogs and burgers. |
 |
|
The
bonfire was another victim of the weather and it required considerable
persuasion from Nigel Southern and his team before it finally blazed
into life.

The
weather didn't disrupt the fireworks at all and everyone enjoyed a spectacular
firework display.
