I was a carpenter with Chapman Lowry & Puttick and started on the renovations of the House and Manor for the first six months or so. Then in early 1955 I returned and worked for a couple of years on the new Trelour\'s College and also lined out the Village Hall in Lower Froyle (beleive it has now been replaced) What a wonderful site you have. I came to it to see if you had any information on the Knight family before 1871 and have struck lucky. My wife\'s Grandmother and Great Grandmother were both Knights and I now have them both.
