February 22, 2010 - 06:54 PM Elizabeth - lizgreatholder@yahoo.co.uk I am thrilled to find your web site!!.My family (the webbs) lived in Rose Cottage around 1964-1966.I remember walking to school in Upper Froyle with my two sisters and my young brother with Susan and Dolly Woodcock next door.Mr.Layley was the teacher/head and i remember him being such fun! I was great friends with Marlene Robinson who lived at 3 Rose Cottages. We used to play her sisters Beatle records in their front room!!I think my time in Lower Froyle was the happiest time of my childhood. We had to move from the village to live at R.A.F Odiham where my Father was stationed and how i hated it!!! I am visiting the village next weekend and can hardly wait to see if it is as i recall...i would love to hear from anyone who remebers any of us..i am Elizabeth, the eldest, my sisters were Susan and Janet and my brother was Gareth.
