My family lived in Froyle House in the 1960's and I have many fond memories of life there from sitting pixie like on the stone mushrooms along the drive to launching my shoes on the Lily pond. I also loved rolling down the hill by the veranda and was a general pest to any of the animals that lived there from the Majors dog to the marmalade tomcat who was a long suffering live teddie to me.
