  Hi Chris and Annette.
I am so sorry my thanks is long overdue.
I was wonderful to meet with you when I was there in 2014. Just wish I could have stayed longer. loved seeing the church where my ancestors were christened and married. I also want to thank you for your help with the Savage family. they are very difficult but I have finished at William that married Mary Gale. Of course one is never finished but was able to send it off to family. I love your site and you do such a great job with all the records.Wish a lot more of the towns and villages did the same. thanks again for showing me around and inviting me in to you home.By the way if Richard Proud is reading this could you please get in touch with me as it seems we are related. you are great. cheers from Nashville

Just passing through, as I do when out cycling, & just to say that it is always a pleasure riding through your village(s), peaceful, clean, & tidy.

As a child our family lived in Lower Froyle, we lived in Breklands
We lived there between 71-74. I can remember Mrs Savage who's home was attached to ours and her husband died in the 2nd World War, his name is on the memorial. Family friends were the Watkins and Cousins.
Today myself & a brother and sister returned to the village, many many fond memories while walking round,. Would of loved to of had a glimpse inside our childhood home!
If anyone has any memories or photos of our years in Lower Froyle please please email me..

I am doing some research relating to an old "Hen and Chicken Inn" jigsaw puzzle and wondered if Annette and/or Chris could contact me to see if they can help?
Thanks.
p.s. I was recommended to you by Ann a regular at the H&C
