In December 1996 a Millennium Committee was formed to
find projects in the village to commemorate the Millennium.
A survey was sent out in early 1997 to all villagers and the
results correllated and analysed. From nearly 150
suggestions the list was narrowed down to the following
projects, which are now being costed and sources of possible
funding located to pay for them.
