Annette transcribed the original document, which is in fact some 28x22 inches, and has tried to maintain the original style and formatting - so please excuse the lack of commas! You will find one of the signatories, Urial Benjafield, of Motcombe in Dorset has had an “h” appended to become Uriah. We searched through the Censuses and Birth records nationwide to find him and, eventually, found that one year he was Uri, and the rest of the time Uriah.
